Daniel Futa Educational Background

Daniel Futa graduated from Colorado Academy with a high school diploma in 2006 before attending the University of Southern California. Having enjoyed his time as student body president in Colorado it was perhaps unsurprising that he now serves as the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity vice president; a position which sees him take on various roles including the day to day management of the fraternity and the development of fraternity brothers and new recruitment. While at university he has also enjoyed two successful internships within a selection of business management and finance roles.

Daniel Futa’s current role as the vice president of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity at the University of Southern California sees him involved in a wide variety of roles. While arranging events for the fraternity he has worked closely with local emergency services, ensuring compliance with local laws as well as health and safety regulations. He is also responsible for the programming and organization of daily fraternity duties and is tasked with being responsible for the fraternity’s Housing Corporation.

While studying for a BA in history and political science, Daniel Futa has worked as an intern with Citi Group and with Summit Entertainment. In this latter role, he was responsible for managing the multi million dollar finances associated with releasing Summit films in foreign territories. He also liaised closely with distributors from around the world in order to manage the regular release of Summit Entertainment DVDs across the globe; a role that he took to with equal vigor and success.
